A Beautiful Apartment Community on the South Side of Arlington, Texas

I would recommend these apartments to anyone. I live here now and it is nice quiet and the staff in the office or very nice and God fearing people. I had a issue with my heat one time and was worried about being cold but before i could pull out a extra blanket the maintenance was there to fix it and it was after hours.

Amending my review, this is my second year here at Walnut Creek and the staff is amazing! Maintenance is attentive to any service or maintenance needs I may have. Management is super responsive and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Great place to reside.

Walnut Creek is wonderful from the very start. As soon as you step into the office you are greeted by courteous professionals. They take your apartment search seriously and make certain you find exactly what suits your needs. The complex itself is very beautiful and easy to navigate, making moving in an easy process. Brand new roofing and exterior give it an “I am at home” feeling as soon as you drive in. The trees and landscape offer the same feeling as well. It is quiet and peaceful with friendly tenants. There is plenty of parking, and the maintenance crew does a fantastic job of making sure the property is always clean and pristine. Also, if you have a problem, they get right to it and take the job seriously, ensuring that you are well taken care of. The apartments themselves are perfect for  just you in a one bedroom or a family looking for plenty of room to cook and sit back, relax, and enjoy life.

Best Supporting Apartments in Arlington, Texas. I have lived here for three years now and never had a problem with anything. I have a one bedroom that is big enough to fit my full size washer and dryer. I just love the layout of it and have plenty of cabinet space, plus a big walk in closet. First of all the apartments are super cute and spacious! Second of all the office staff has become like family. They have truly gone above and beyond to help me any time I’ve gone into the office. I love the staff here, all of them!! This place is home ❤️ I’d recommend to anyone!

I live here now and I love it here. It is a nice spacious area outside it has big trees nice walking paths many grills place throughout the community. Also they are building a new pavilion with gas grills. A nice touch. My experience neighbors are not loud or disrespectful.

I lived in this complex many years ago and decided to move back last year. I have had no issues and love the communications from the office. It’s nice to receive a text and or email letting you know something is going on within the complex i.e. water turned off for repairs. During this last ice storm after the ice/rain stopped the maintenance team came through and not only cleared the stairs and walkways of ice but also used a blower to clear off the water several times throughout the day to make sure residents leaving an upstairs units or walking the property were able to do so safely!!! The building exteriors were updated last year, and other than a couple instances the gates have functioned well. I have just renewed my lease for another year and unless something crazy happens I plan on this being my home for the foreseeable future!
